BhuwanLabs was founded by Bhuwan Aryal, who spent 11 months inside a state government department on a timetable system where nothing went live until it was validated, approved and logged. The systems that answer your phone, fill in your forms and post for your business need the same care, because a wrong booking or a wrong figure is your problem, not the software's. So we build front desk, back office and content systems around how you work, in an account you own, and we run them every month after launch.
That department was Victoria's Department of Transport and Planning. Before it, Bhuwan spent a year building the storefront at The Good Guys, and we have built and run two products of our own in production. You can see the work.
How we work
Four rules we don't break, on any project.
One thing to know: BhuwanLabs is new. That is why every quote is fixed, why the monthly fee is month to month with no lock-in, and why you get a monthly report instead of our word.
Fixed prices, in writing
After our first call you get one fixed quote in writing, for setup and for running it each month. The quote you sign is the invoice you get.
You work with the engineer
No account managers and no handoffs. The person on the first call is the person who builds, runs and answers for your system.
Proof over promises
Every change is tested before it goes live, and every month you get a one-page report showing what the system did, what it passed to your team and what changed.
You own everything
The accounts, the code and the instructions for running it. Boring, documented tools, so another engineer could take over.
